Enquiry and consultation

You contact tinyhandsstory.mom with photos and a short brief. We confirm a visit to your Clifton, Redland or wider Bristol home, or meet at 28 Park Street. Consultations are charged in GBP (£90–£210) and produce notes on priorities, constraints and likely package fit.

Survey and scope

On site we measure key spans, photograph features and talk through family routes. If the property has listed or conservation awareness points, we record them as design constraints — not as legal advice. You then receive a written scope and fee for the agreed package.

Concept and decisions

1. Layout diagrams for furniture and circulation
2. Colour and soft-furnishing direction with samples
3. Sourcing lists with GBP ranges for each item
4. Agreement on lead times before orders are placed

Ordering and installation

We place or guide orders according to the package, coordinate deliveries that fit stairwells typical of Victorian terraces, and attend fittings where included. Changes to scope are confirmed in writing with updated fees before work continues.

Handover
