Consultation fees are credited toward packages booked within sixty days.

Package fees cover design time, schedules and installation attendance where listed in your proposal. Furniture and fabric purchases are billed separately at supplier prices.

Payment terms
We invoice in GBP. Packages usually require 40% to begin concept work and the balance before installation. Card and bank transfer are accepted. See the legal notice for liability limits and the process page for sequence.
Not included
Structural works, planning applications, listed-building consent fees and builder management sit outside Tiny Hands Story Interiors. We provide design awareness around those topics; legal advice must come from your own professionals.
